Cancellation Policy
- At LUMINIER LASER AESTHETICS, your appointment time is reserved just for you.
- Of course, plans can change, but I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with LESS than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full session fee via the card saved on file.
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
- Missed appointments or 'no shows' will be charged at the full session fee via the booking system.
- If you have paid upfront for a laser course and fail to provide 48 hours' notice of an appointment, or are a 'no show', one session will be deducted from your course of treatments.
- For your safety, if the treatment area has had sun exposure or fake tan within 14 days of your appointment, your session won't go ahead and the appointment will still be charged or deducted from your package.
- You must also avoid sun exposure, sunbeds, and fake tanning for 14 days AFTER your treatment.
- Downgrading your appointment (for example, reducing the number of areas booked) with less than 48 hours' notice is not permitted and the full original booking fee will still be charged.
- In the event of pregnancy or the need to pause your package, treatments can be placed on hold. Remaining sessions are non-refundable.
- This policy ensures fairness and allows me to offer appointments to other waiting clients.
